  • Performing all required Maintenance operations for all types of Containers (AKE,AKH,ALF,Eglo and Pallets) such as:

    • Curtains, Curtains Lock, Curtains Strap, whole Base, whole Roof, Sides, Panels, Change whole Sheet, Aluminum Joints, and Aluminum patch, Notes Wallet and Rivets Replacements.

  • Performing all required Maintenance operations for all types of dollies (Pallet, Double Container and Single Container) such as:

    • Tire with Rim, Universal Axe, Whole Universal System, Metal Rollers, Wheel Axe, Plastic Rollers, whole Lock System, Rear Hawk, Towing Bar, Disassembly and Assembly for chassis and Adjusting Brake System

  • Performing all required Maintenance operations for all types of luggage carts such as:

    • Tire with Rim, Wheel Axe, Adjusting Brake System, Suspension System, Turntable, and Maintenance for whole Outer Body, Rear Hawk and Disassembly and Assembly for chassis

  • Performing all required painting operations for manufactured or repaired items

  • Design and manufacturing for all types of dollies used inside the airport like :-
    1-Pallet dollies.
    2-Double container dollies.
    3-Single container dollies.
    The workshop also performs all the required maintenance processes needed for all types of dollies.

Containers Workshop

    • Assembly operations for the following container types :-
      1. Container AKE model.
      2. Container AKH model.

      The workshop also performs all the required maintenance processes needed for all types of containers like :-
      1. Container AKE model.
      2. Container AKH model.
      3. Pallet PMC model.
      4. Pallet PLA model.

Forging Workshop

  • Design and Manufacturing for all types of luggage carts used inside the airport area
    The workshop also performs all the required maintenance processes needed for all types of luggage carts such as :-
    1. Closed Luggage Carts .
    2. Opened Luggage Carts .

    The workshop also makes all the designs and manufacturing process to produce different types of aircraft maintenance stairs according to the customer's requirements. And produces also different metallic products all according to customer's needs .
